Simple Shipping Policy

We keep it straightforward.

Free U.S. shipping on all orders.

Most items are made to order and ship within 3 to 5 business days. Some specialty items, more detailed products, or products affected by supplier inventory levels may require additional processing time.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7 to 10 business days from the order date.

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Need it faster? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Rush service may be available for an additional fee, subject to product eligibility and production timing.

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Liberty & Victory Co, which is operated by Liberty and Victory Co LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Processing Time

Most products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Certain products may require additional production time due to design complexity, customization, supplier inventory constraints, or high-volume periods. If a materially longer processing time applies, we may notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. shipping generally arrives within four (4) to seven (7) business days after shipment. From order date to delivery, most orders arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, supply chain disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States when supported by the selected carrier or fulfillment method.

6. Shipping Availability

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement or refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable policies.

8. Expedited Shipping

Expedited or rush shipping may be available upon request. Availability depends on product type, production capacity, and timing. Additional charges may apply, and expedited shipping is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

9. Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Any changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
