Made-to-order clarity

All of our products are made to order. This portal is intended for claims involving misprints, defects, damage, incorrect items, and eligible one-time size exchanges.

Defect, damage, misprint, wrong item

Submit within 10 calendar days of delivery with clear photos. If verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or refund if replacement is not practical.

One-time size exchange

Available within 10 calendar days of delivery when items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customer covers return shipping.

Reprint and handling fee

$8 tees and standard apparel$12 hoodies and sweatshirts

Step 1

Fill out the portal details, then open the photo email. Your email app will open with the claim details already included.

Step 2

Attach clear photos: full item, close-up of the issue, packing slip or label if available, and wrong item/size/color photo if applicable.

Step 3

Send the email. We review the request, confirm eligibility, and provide the next step for return shipping, replacement, refund, or exchange.

We want you to shop with confidence. Because our items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited as described below.

If we made a mistake

Submit your claim through this portal within 10 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly. If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not practical.

If you ordered the wrong size

You may request a one-time size exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to seasonal or holiday cut-off dates. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. A return of the original item is required before a replacement is produced.

What is not eligible

  • Change of mind returns or exchanges.
  • Color swaps not related to a verified defect or fulfillment error.
  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer unless corrected before production begins.
Seasonal, holiday, closeout, and specialty rules

For seasonal or holiday items, the exchange period ends on the earlier of 10 calendar days after delivery or the applicable cut-off date below. After the cut-off date, those items are final sale except for verified defect, damage, or incorrect item.

  • Halloween: October 15
  • Thanksgiving: November 10
  • Christmas: December 10
  • New Year's: December 20
  • Easter: 14 days before Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day / Summer: May 15
  • Fourth of July / Summer: June 15

Items marked Closeout or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange except for verified defect, damage, or incorrect item. Specialty collections may follow seasonal rules unless the product page states otherwise.
