Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Because our items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited as described below.

Liberty & Victory Co is operated by Liberty and Victory Co LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

If we made a mistake (misprint, defect, or damage)
Submit your claim through our Exchange & Return Portal within 10 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not practical.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection. If we require a return for a confirmed defect, we will cover return shipping.

If you ordered the wrong size (one-time size exchange)
You may request a one-time size exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to any seasonal or holiday cut-off dates listed below, whichever comes first.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
A return of the original item is required before a replacement is produced.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
A reprint and handling fee applies:
$8 for tees and standard apparel
$12 for hoodies and sweatshirts
Your replacement will be produced and shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

Seasonal and Holiday Collections
For seasonal or holiday items, the exchange period ends on the earlier of:
10 calendar days after delivery, or
the applicable cut-off date below

After the applicable cut-off date, those items are final sale except in cases of verified defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Seasonal cut-off dates:
Halloween: October 15
Thanksgiving: November 10
Christmas: December 10
New Year’s: December 20
Easter: 14 days before Easter Sunday
Memorial Day / Summer: May 15
Fourth of July / Summer: June 15

Specialty and Closeout Items
Items marked Closeout are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except for verified defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Specialty collections may follow the seasonal rules above unless the product page states that the item is Final Sale.
If an item appears in more than one collection, we will apply the policy stated on the product page or, if none is stated there, the least restrictive applicable policy.

What is not eligible
Returns or exchanges based on change of mind
Color swaps that are not related to a verified defect or fulfillment error
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, unless the order can still be corrected before production begins

Production and Shipping Times
Production times and shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Any posted order-by dates are guidance only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Return & Exchange Policy (Legal Version)

This Return & Exchange Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through Liberty & Victory Co, which is operated by Liberty and Victory Co LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through our website or related sales channels, you agree to this Policy.

1. Claim Submission

All claims must be initiated through the Exchange & Return Portal within ten (10) calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery.

For claims involving defect, damage, misprint, or incorrect item, photographic evidence may be required for review. The Company may also require return of the product for inspection. If a return is required for a verified production or fulfillment error, the Company will cover the return shipping cost.

For size exchanges, return of the original item is required, and the customer is responsible for providing valid tracking information if requested.

2. Eligibility

The following may be eligible for resolution under this Policy:

Verified production or fulfillment errors, including misprints, defects, damage, or incorrect items, which may qualify for replacement or refund.

One-time size exchanges, provided that:
the request is made within ten (10) calendar days of delivery,
the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, and
the request is not barred by a seasonal, holiday, closeout, or final sale limitation.

3. Fees and Shipping Costs

For verified defect, damage, misprint, or incorrect-item claims, the Company will cover the cost of replacement shipping. If a return is required for a verified issue, the Company will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

For approved size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable reprint and handling fee. Current fees are:
$8 for tees and standard apparel
$12 for hoodies and sweatshirts

Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Seasonal and Holiday Limitations

For seasonal and holiday merchandise, size exchanges are available only until the earlier of:
ten (10) calendar days after delivery, or
the applicable seasonal cut-off date

Current seasonal cut-off dates are:
Halloween: October 15
Thanksgiving: November 10
Christmas: December 10
New Year’s: December 20
Easter: fourteen (14) days before Easter Sunday
Memorial Day / Summer: May 15
Fourth of July / Summer: June 15

After the applicable cut-off date, those items are final sale except for verified production or fulfillment errors.

5. Specialty, Closeout, and Final Sale Items

Any item marked Closeout or Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange except for verified production or fulfillment errors.

Specialty collections may be subject to seasonal limitations or additional restrictions stated on the applicable product page. If a product page states different or more specific rules, the product-page disclosure will control.

6. Delivery Issues

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but not received, the Company may require a carrier investigation before issuing any replacement or refund. Resolution of such claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Company is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order can be corrected before production or shipment, we may assist at our discretion. Reshipment may require additional payment.

7. Production and Transit Estimates

Production timelines, shipping windows, and delivery estimates displayed at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this Policy is limited to the purchase price of the affected product or the specific remedy expressly provided in this Policy. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
